My Approach
Any consulting engagement with me begins with us sitting down together to discuss your goals and what issues your organization might be facing. From there, we’ll review what data you currently have to help us learn more about the issue, then strategize what additional insights we need to gather in order to get to the root cause. Any work we do will be data-driven with tangible goals and benchmarks that allow us to measure impact and progress over time.
We’ll work together to diagnose the current state and map a path forward. Our working goals should be “SMARTIE”: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound, Inclusive & Equitable.
My ultimate goal is to work with you to build systems and processes that ensure lasting impact. Together, we can create a culture of belonging within your organization, retain great employees and improve business outcomes by building inclusive systems and practices, investing in leader and employee development and setting accountability structures.
